If you receive your artwork and you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact GalleryGift within 7 days of it arriving and we will gladly give you a full refund. We're not happy until you thoroughly love your artwork!
If the artwork arrives and has been damaged in transit, GalleryGift will need to be contacted within 24 hours of it being received so we can arrange for the insurance to be activated. If there is a problem with the artwork we may try to rectify this for you (possibly with the artist) if it is an easy fix but if we can’t, to your satisfaction, we will be more than happy to organise the return for you.
Please make sure you keep all of the packaging that it came in and that the artwork is in the exact same condition that it arrived in - returns will not be warranted if it has been damaged while in your care. We will contact you as soon as possible with the return instructions. Once the artwork is returned to the artist we will either refund your money, if it was bought outright, or return the funds to your CoFund if it was purchased with those funds. Then you are free to shop for another artwork!
